FoundDocument enables management of documents and recover of a document whenever it is lost. Throught the platform, a document can be reported when #Lost and as #Found whenever one comes across an abandoned document. The documents that can be reported through FoundDocument platform inlcude and are not limited to Passsport, National ID, Work IDs and Insurance cards among others. Additionally, item like a vehicle number plate can also be reported either as lost or Found. FoundDocument aims easy finding of lost document by the owner through sending them notificaion once the same document is reported as found to the platform. In this way, the owner of the document will not need to access the website frequently with intention to search for the document. Notification to the owner of the document shall be send through email and by SMS if the owner subscribes for the SMS service.
Open a FREE account with FoundDocument and save your document detials e.g. type and serial number on cloud. When the document is lost, you can report it by clicking a button without worrying to locate the serial number and other details of the document .
When a document reported as lost is also reported as found, we match them. The owner of the document is then notified that the document is found. Through FREE subscription, user can choose notification through email, SMS or both.

We share a map showing location of the found document. This helps the owner to be able to trace his/her way to the location the document is in case they do not want it couriered to their location.

We print quality cards with this platform connection. When missplaced and found, it can easily be reporting to FoundDocument for the owner to be notified.
